When you join our community channels, such as Discord, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your own account and for any activities or actions under your account.

2. Music Submissions
When you submit your music, tracks, or any other creative materials ("Submission") to us via email, Discord, or any other channel, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:
- Use, publicly perform, display, broadcast, and distribute your Submission in any media format, including but not limited to our live streams on platforms like YouTube.
- Use your name, likeness, and any other information you provide in connection with your Submission for promotional and marketing purposes.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to your Submission and that your Submission does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
The feedback provided on Submissions is for educational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional production advice or a guarantee of success.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Wave Factory. Our name, logo, and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
4. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wave Factory, such as YouTube, Discord, and Instagram.
Wave Factory has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Wave Factory shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
5. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Wave Factory, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
